Spent some time fitting the rear floor board 0.025 2024. Slowly trimming to fit. Was using edge debur tool and let it roll off my work bench. The carbide cutter head shattered when it hit the floor. Ordered pair of replacements from cleveland tools for $10 each plus $5 shipping.
New shop pedestal fan works great to keep garage bearable when its 90+ degrees outside.
Decided that I need to work out all my control cable runs and other things that are fixed before I start finalizing things like floor boards and working on avionics trays etc. Re-installed the sticks and started trial fitting the control horn. I will need to trim the pivot tube
Not and advertisement, just doing some research on elegant ways to mount external GoPro cameras on the wings. This system could be easily added to wing structure before it gets buttoned up. It would allow easy attach and detach from airframe with little to no external visual indication of mounts.
